You can request a cancellation prior to sending your personalisation details or within 6 hours of the purchase being made and receive a full refund.

Once the cooling period has elapsed, your product will go into the manufacturing process and be exempt from return unless the product arrives faulty.

If the product is damaged on arrival, photo evidence will be required and a refund/replacement will be initiated. In some circumstances, a return may be requested. Costs of return postage for a damaged item will be reimbursed.

All products will be dispatched within 3 working days via a method of tracked postage. You will be notified of your tracking no. on the day of dispatch.

Postage will be set at £2.99 per order (UK) and £9.99 per order (International).

Claims for item not received cannot be investigated until 10 working days have elapsed after dispatch. It is only after this period of time that and item is considered 'lost' by the handlers and I will be eligible to claim compensation.
